Few homes, done properly

We would rather run a short portfolio at the top of the market than a long one at the average.

Design is not decoration

Furnishing decides the photos, the reviews and the rate. We do it ourselves rather than hand an owner a shopping list.

Answer fast, always

Five-minute average response to guests. Most problems stop being problems if someone picks up.

Show the owner everything

Live portal access and a monthly statement. If a number is not something we would happily explain, we do not want it in the business.

Price the market daily

A dedicated revenue manager owns the calendar. Rates move with demand, not once a season.
